There was even more excitement this weekend!! Mommy and daddy were out looking for trailers, and as we drove off, mommy looked back and noticed I wasn't fastened in my seat belt. So, Daddy decided to pull over and look what happened. It looked as if we could pull off the road a bit and then the road just dropped off and before you knew it, we were sitting on the back axle of the truck (grass was high so it was deceiving)! Uh oh. ( I guess this happens quit a bit on this road! ) So here we sat on the side of the road, waiting for AAA to come and lift us up and out of the ditch! Poor daddy,...he wasn't too happy at first, but awhile later there was some jokes made. It was a good thing we had a DVD player in the truck to pass some time!!
We decided to get the family and neighbors together for an early birthday dinner for my daddy at his favorite restaurant in town, Jimmy's Pizza!! Here I am trying a Shirly Temple for the first time,... I don't really know what to think about soda. All I knew was it tasted good, but felt really funny going down. This is my first time trying it, can you tell by the picture?

Morgyn has been very clingy to her father this trip home,...every time she turns around and she can't see him, she's asking me, "Where's daddy, where'd daddy go?" These two have been playing A LOT making up for lost time,...rolling around on the floor, cuddling on the couch, and actually getting to sleep with us again while daddy's home. Last time she cried when daddy left, and I hope it won't be that hard again tonight, it really breaks me heart! :(
