Well,...as you may or may not know, my mommy and I are now back in Miami with daddy for the next 4 months. Today was our first day in Miami and I woke up with a terrible cough (sounds like Croup), fever, chills, and no appetite. Mommy and daddy drove me to the clinic to see a doctor, and, believe it or not he gave mommy no diagnosis as bad as I sounded and felt. They had to pin me down for a throat swab, which was bit bloody when it came out and was negative for strep (atleast for now, but said it could still grow on the culture and I could still develp it in a few days), so decided to buy some time and get me started on some antibiotics. Had no fever at the clinic, but once I got home, it was back up to 103 again. Darn it anyways. I've been very clingy to both mommy and daddy,...I tell them my throat hurts and that I don't feel good. Hopefully I start to feel better SOON, because I've been talking about going in daddy's pool for the last few days!!!
It's gonna be a slow process getting all settled in to our new place, but a fun adventure I'm sure. Finding things that we need everyday and forgot to pick up on the last shopping trip is a usual occurence already. I have my very own bunk bed with Dora sheets which I'm excited about, but for now I'm sleeping with mommy and daddy until I feel better. (mommy has to feel comfortable about me sleeping on the top bunk too!)
Weather was chilly here today...high 60's and very windy. Mommy's enjoying the coolness!! Daddy not so much!!
As soon as mommy takes some pictures, we will update again. We love and miss you all back home but am also enjoying having BOTH my mommy and daddy around together. I've already seen daddy rubbing mommy's baby belly a few times today,....he even told her that I was getting the 'pregnant lady walk!' Mommy thinks he's crazy!! But daddy really does love his girls!!!
