Celebrating mommy's 30th Birthday with a glass of bubbly champagne and a yummy, yummy dinner. Grammy 'Laine made ginger salmon, greek salad, corn quiche, mint sauteed snap peas, and a roma tomato zuchinni bake! All were delish!!! Oh, and don't forget the Cruzan rum cake and chocolate rum cake to top it off.
Thank you Elaine for the wonderful dinner and gifts, cousin Nancy for the beautiful Christmas tree ornaments, and Kevin for your appearance on the mountain top for the weekend! You have all made this a wonderful, memorable 30th Birthday!
