Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd see the day that Morgyn had decided to write me a "runaway letter" to let me know she was "gone." I'm still trying to figure out why she decided to write the entire letter all backwards? But it says "Morgyn is gone. Bye mom, bye dad." She left it on the kitchen table and told me to read it, then she proceeded to walk out the back porch. She didn't go far, because she looked back through the glass to see my reaction when reading it. I smiled and let out a little laugh, something she was not expecting. And then she thought I would not be sad if she ever ran away...so I had to clear that up right away with her. I hope this is the first and last "runaway" note I ever experience with my girls. It's tough being 5 years old and not getting your way all the time. And those of you that know her, she puts up a darn good fight most the time :)
