This was the 1st field trip for Morgyn as a Kindergartner and it was her first time riding the school bus :) Not sure if she was more excited about the bus ride or the pumpkin patch, but she had a great time with her friends. Kheringtyn and I tagged along to join in the fun too!
I guess the teacher told the class that they each will be able to take a pumpkin home with them, the ONLY thing was, they had to be able to carry it on the bus. Mrs. Follette strictly said, "No rolling pumpkins, you have to carry it!" And look what Ms. Morgyn decided to do! She was bound and determined to get the biggest pumpkin she could find onto the bus. At 1st I was laughing at this (not knowing the class had a talking to beforehand), then when Mrs. Follette saw her rolling pumpkins she was told again what the rule was. Too funny..I have one strong willed/stubborn girl on my hands!
Kheringtyn and Morgyn got to ride the train twice and we also did a tractor-hay ride that was alot of fun!
Look....Morgyn's favorite neighbor girls were on the field trip too! Of course I had to get a picture of her with her besties!

Later that weekend while Mommy was working, Gma Corey and Jess stayed down to watch the girls and they got the fun job of carving the pumpkins :)

Of course Kheringtyn wanted in on the action too,...even if it involved a pumpkin knife. Yikes, this made mommy abit nervous as she continued to jab it repeatedly into the pumpkin!
I guess we'll have to get some pictures up soon of the finished pumpkins!
