Today at school it was "bike to school day." The PE teacher met at our housing development with all the kids that wanted to join in on the bike ride to school!
This is probably only the 3rd or 4th time I've let Morgyn ride her bike to school. Not that I don't want her to ride it, it just makes it abit hard to keep up with a 2.5 year old slowing me down (even in a stroller) and most of the time I take one of our furry 4 legged pups for a little exercise!
Lot of kids all lined up for a picture out front of the school for a picture! The signs they were holding said, "Ride a bike, take a hike!" Kheringtyn wanted to get in on the picture too, as usual!
I truley am loving being the parent of an elementary age student...it is so much fun to see the excitement and enthusiasm these children have for school. It's days like this today that make me smile and remind me what it was like to be this young with not a worry in sight.
