Well, today was Grandpa Bear's funeral. It was a very nice service, very laid back, just like he wanted it. There was a big turn out, which was to no suprise, for everyone loved our Grandpa. The blue van is the custom built van my grandpa built years ago, driven by my father, and his brothers. My dad had the Anacortes police escort us from Anacortes funeral home to the refinery where we had the celebration. As we entered, there was a sign up for Grandpa as you can see.

Here is a picture of Grandpa's four sons, standing next to his flowers and urn. Also is a picture during the VFW 21 gun salute to my grandfather. Then, my cousin, (grandpa's grandson, Shawn, who is in the Navy), presented my grandma with the flag.

Morgyn wore her pretty princess dress to the funeral today,... I thought she needed to look pretty for Grandpa. Isn't she cute?

After the celebration of my Grandpa's life, I decided that we need to go enjoy the tulip fields on our way home. Morgn thoroughly enjoyed them, can't you tell? She was pulling on them and trying to put them in her mouth. Not exactly what I had in mind, but they sure made cute pictures.

Great Grandma Gerri and Grandma Corey enjoyed the tulips too!

How touching Nicole. And you write so well. I hope today and the future gets better for the whole family. Morgyn looks so pretty in her dress. Great choice. And the Tulips...I need to get out there for some pictures too.
