Three Kings Day Parade

For those of you who don't think those of us living in the USA have enough vacation days in a year, here's alittle history on St. Croix,...the USVI's celebrate 26 holidays a year here, only 13 of them being Federal. Today was Three Kings Day and it's a holiday here in St. Croix. Mommy and Daddy took me to the parade in Fredricksted and here's alittle glimpse of what I saw!!!

I thought Grandpa Wes and Grandma Rita would appreciate this,...they actually had Cruzan's dressed up as cowboys!!!! They were doing alittle "dosey-doughing" in the parade all with beers in hand. Now how many parades have you been to where you see MOST of the participates IN the parade AND spectators drinking beer or rum punches all day long???
Look how short mommy and me look standing next to the Mokie Jumbies!! These guys are supposed to ward off all evil spirits...

Watching the parade with daddy...

Look closely and you'll see me on daddy's shoulders on the right side of the picture!
